We leverage our considerable experience, in-depth understanding of synthetic chemistry, mastery of advanced methodologies and our zest for innovation to develop Routes of Synthesis (RoS) to meet the most complex requirements. We have the ability to rapidly assess the attributes of existing synthesis processes and suggest more powerful, scalable and cost-effective alternatives.
Our selection of a preferred synthetic route is made after considering optimization of aspects such as processing timeline, scalability, safety, quality, environmental impact and intellectual property. Our objective is to improve process efficiency using the latest technologies to decrease development time, reduce costs and produce consistent batches of the desired quality.
As part of route scouting, we offer services such as consulting, pre-feasibility studies, full feasibility studies, gram scale/kg level development, support in technology transfer and implementation.

Scaling up is the process by which a product initially developed in a small quantity in a laboratory can later be manufactured in bulk for commercial use with high quality, safety and reliability .
Our well-equipped laboratories and pilot plants give us the capacity to develop products initially at a small scale, usually in grams. After rigorous testing and approval, production is scaled up to kilograms and even tonnage depending on the level of commercialization required. Product quality is tested at every stage of development, as per our processes which comply with ISO and GMP standards.
